Day 1 Day 1 Arrive in Lhasa by plane or by train
Lhasa train station/ airport picking up. You will be warmly greeted by our local guide and driver, transfer you to reserved hotel in Lhasa. Today is your first day in Lhasa, so have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude. Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 2 Day 2 Lhasa Sightseeing: Potala Palace/Jokhang Temple/Barkhor Street(B
In the morning we arranged you to visit the Potala Palace which is the worldwide known cardinal landmark of Tibet. The massive structure itself contains a small world within it. Mostly it is renowned as residence of the Dalai Lama lineages (Avalokiteshvara). Inside Potala palace, you will see the throne room of Dalai Lamas and their golden funeral stupa. Afternoon section is to visit the most sacred shrine and spiritual heart of Tibet, the Johkang Temple, which is built in 7th century by 33RD King Songtsen Gampo. Barkhor street, most known ritual circumambulation where you can see Tibetan locals prostrating and murmuring mantras in strong faith. After you can ask your guide to take you to Local tea stall to have some sweet milk tea .Overnight at Lhasa
Day 3 Day 3 Lhasa Sightseeing: Drepung Monastery/Sera Monastery (B)
Today, you will visit two monasteries in Lhasa, the Drepung and the Sera. Drepung monastery is situated at 8km away from central Lhasa and was founded by Jamyang Choeje in 1416. It was biggest monastery in the world in 17th century, housed over 10000 monks in 1614 and Ganden podrang in Drepung was the Tibet governmental administration from which former Dalai Lamas had practiced contral over Tibet. Later moved to Potala palace by fifth Dalai Lama, Lobsang Gyatso. After lunch, continue to visit the Sera Monastery, which was founded in 1419 by Tsongkapa's disciple Jamchen Choeje. The most attractive is Monks debating which is related to logic, is held there in the courtyard at around 3pm to 4:30pm. Overnight at Lhasa
Day 4 Day 4 Lhasa/Tsurphu Monastery
From Lhasa to Tsurphu monastery is 1hours drive on paved road and around 2 hours over bumpy road.
Before drive to Tsurphu, count your supplies during trekking. Altitude there will rise to 5300m, when you arrive there acclimatize to elevation. Visit monastery in afternoon and take rest in monastery guesthouse or set up camp by river bank- extensive camp site.

Day 5 Day 5 Tsurphu Monastery/Leten(11km, 4 hours,)
Begin your trekking with climbing up the green valley to the west of Tsurphu monastery. Narrow trail passes in mountain streams and wooden logs cross the stream. Look out for little herds of Na, wild blue sheep. Mani walls(curved mantra on huge rocks) in valleys are beautiful spot to take rest. After an hour walk away from mani walls, you will reach flat settlement of several seasonal nomadic families. If prefer quite, set up camp below Leten.
Day 6 Day 6 Leten/Bartso( 15km, 5 hours,)
Three hours walk from Leten, you will reach Lasar-la pass 5300m high. In between a spur attached to peak Dhamchen Nyingtri is heralded by Prayer flags and cairns. Trail leads to wider plateau and up to Lasar-la pass which descends steeply into Yangpachen valley. On the way, holy Mt. Nyenchen Thanglha snow-capped is visible in far. Families at Bartso village provide permanent supply of water, its decent place to camp here.
Day 7 Day 7 Bartso/Dorje Ling Nunnery( 15Km,4 hours,)
Continue your trekking to Dorje ling nunnery via Tajung village. Trail from Bartso leads down to gully of Tajung village. Climbing up and down the open meadow passes through domestic animals grazing in wild, if have climbed high, Mt. Nyenchen Thanglha and its ranges are still visible in distance. Dorje Ling nunnery is downstream here.
Day 8 Day 8 Dorje Ling Nunnery/Yangpachen Monastery/Lhasa(14km, 4hours)
Fill up your water bottle with stream which rotate the mani wheel. Follow Nyangpo chu which drains into Yangpachen valley. After over 3 hours you will reach Yangpachen hot spring, you can have bath there. Drive back to Lhasa. Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 9 Day 9 Lhasa airport dropping off
Lhasa airport/Train station dropping off, end the service.
