Day 1 D1 Chendu-Baoxing
8:00 Departure Chengdu to Baoxing, On the way, visit giant panda at Bifengxia Giant Panda Center. Bifengxia Panda Base was opened to the public in 2003. It is located in the altitude of from 1100m to 1800m and known as the branch of the China Giant Panda Research and Conservation Centre in Wolong. The base now has 68 pandas sharing their life in luxurious villas with accompaniments of air-conditioners, toilets, independent water supply systems and sport areas. The pandas will be returned to nature after they have been given relevant training in simulated wild environments.Lunch and Dinner in the local restaurant.Stay at Baoxing today. (B,L,D)
Day 2 D2 Baoxing to Four Girls Mountain
Driving from Baoxing to Rilong. Afternoon visit Shuangqiao Valley. Two-Bridge (Shuangqiao) Valley is the most easily accessible valley with vistas of snowy peaks, pastures, grassland and forests. It is the most beautiful valley of Four Maiden's Mountain The first section contains some unique sights including Willow (Yangliu) Bridge, Yinyang Valley, the White Poplar Zone, Sun-Moon Mirror Mountain (altitude15, 747 feet) and Five Colors (Wuse) Mountain (altitude14, 673 feet). Yinyang Valley extends 2 kilometers (about 1.2 miles), and occupies the area near the entrance to Willow (Yangliu) Bridge. In the middle section is the Driven fish (Nianyuba) plank road built along a cliff and the Shaji woods (Lin). Day 3 D3 Four Girls Mountain
Moring visit alpine lake Valley, afternoon visit Changping Valley. Alpine-Lake (Haizi) Valley is named after the numerous alpine lakes it contains, including Flower Alpine-lake (Haizi), White Alpine-Lake (Haizi), Blue Alpine-Lake (Haizi) and Yellow Alpine-Lake (Haizi). One of the lakes, Flower Alpine-Lake (Haizi), was formed by glacial seepage during the 4th century. Visiting this valley is for people who have experience in mountaineering and exploration. The beautiful surrounding mountains are reflected in the lakes where the non-squama Yunguyu (a type of primitive fish), the living fossil of this land, can still be found. It is interesting that the boulders scattered along the lakes, look like swan eggs from a distance. Most of the lakes are 4,200 meters (about 13,650 feet) above sea level, so only a few tourists have visited them.
Long-Peace (Changping) Valley is long with gently sloping sides. In this valley, visitors enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and camping. Long-Peace (Changping) Valley is the favorite valley for tourists, because you can really get involved with nature. Day 4 D4 Four Girls Mountain to Danba
Departure from Four Girls Mountain-to Danba Drive ,on the way. Visit Zhonglu Village. claimed as the “most beautiful ethnic villages in China”  and popular with tourists, principally Zhonglu , Jiaju and Sopo for their watchtowers and beautiful traditional tibetan fortress-like houses. Lunch an dinner in the local restaurant,stay at Danba today. (B,L,D)
Day 5 D5:A whole day in Danba
 Visit the ancient watching tower in Suopo Village, Jiaju Tibetan Village and Beauty Village. They are built with stones. These watchtowers are designed with different number of sides and at different heights. They are either built in clusters or alone along the hills. Apparently there are different types of watchtowers, each built for different purposes and at different locations:
• Yao’ai (Strategic Pass) was built at places of strategic importance such as mountain passes as a choking point during wars.
• Fenghuo (Beacon-Fire) are normally located at hilltops for the purposes of transmitting messages via flames/fires
• Zhai  (Village) are built at entrance to villages to protect the villages.
• Jia  (Dwelling) are built within villages. These tend to be connected to dwellings and are used for storage as well as defence

Day 6 D6 Danba to Kangding
Drive from Danba to Kangding via Tagong, visit Tagong Temple on the way. Tagong Grassland -  a vast expanse of green meadow surrounded by snow-capped peaks and dotted with Tibetan herdsmen and tents. The average altitude of the grassland is around 3500m. The well-known Tagong monastery is just sitting in the middle of the stretch. Tibetans celebtarate their their harvest and festivals here with drinking, dancing and singing for days, when is a good occasion to witness the truly Kham Tibetan folks. Also, the annual Horse Race Festival be held at the beginning of the 8th lunar month in Tagong Grassland.
 Tagong Monastery - a famous Nyingmapa monastery built in the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) to commemorate the Han Princess Wencheng and Phags-pa, the Grand State Tutor of Tibetan Buddhism with Buddhism Institute inside, also named as "the small Lhasa Jokhang Monastery", is one of the 108 temples built during the reign of Songtsen Gampo in ancient Tibetan times. There is a sacred statue of 12-year old sakyamuni (Buddha) in the monastery, which have been brought by Princess Wenchen on her way to Lhasa. It collects statues, white towers, other cultural artifacts, and scriptures of the Sakya Buddhist sect. This temple is distinctive for its four towers painted green, red, yellow and white respectively. About 100 chortens lie behind the monastery. The place miraculously escaped destruction during the Culture Revolution.Lunch and Dinner in the local restaurant,stay at Kangding today.
Day 7 D7 Kangding back Chengdu
Morning visit Mugecuo scenery area, afternoon drive back to Chengdu. Mugecuo, which is also called Wild Man Sea (yě rén hǎi ). It is the largest mountain lake in the area of 2000 meters above sea level in northwestern Sichuan. It is about 5 kilometers long, 1.5 kilometers wide, covering an area of 3.2 square kilometers. The deepest part of the lake is 70 meters. The mountains around the lake are covered with thick poplars and redwoods. Looking as far as the eyes can see, you can see the Tibetan antelope, wild buffalo, deer, bear and wolf playing in the forest and in the pond. Lunch in the local restaurant,return to you hotel around 6 pm.  (B,L)
